The Encompass Home System Warranty Program is developed, managed and administered Encompass Home Service Corp. In BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan, it takes the form of an insurance policy issued by Starr Insurance and Reinsurance Ltd. Certain services provided by AWN Insurance. In other provinces, it takes the form of a warranty certificate. All of the program's claim obligations are backed by a financial guarantee issued by a federally-licensed financial institution.
